Return Policy

Newmaples™ accepts return requests for eligible items that meet our return conditions. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us at service@newmaples.com before sending anything back.

Returned clothing should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, fragrance, pet hair, makeup marks, and other signs of use. Original tags and packaging should be included whenever possible.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without prior contact may not qualify for return review. Certain items may have special return limits for hygiene or product condition reasons, which will be noted when applicable.

To start a return request, please include your order number, product name, and a short explanation. Our team will review the request and provide the next step. Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from Newmaples™.
